Announcement on the usage of transport permits for workers and employees for factories, enterprises, and handicrafts located in the “yellow zone”
On 28 April 2021, the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training released an announcement on the usage of transport permits for workers and employees for factories, enterprises, and handicrafts located in the “yellow zone” in Phnom Penh and Takhmao cities of Kandal province to prevent the spreading of COVID-19 pandemic.
