Announcement on simplifying business registration phase 2
On 26 May 2026, Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement on simplifying the business registration phase 2.
At the same time, the Ministry of Commerce has also updated the business registration website, www.businessregistration.moc.gov.kh, with the aim of strengthening the security of the use of information technology systems to be effective and stable. At the same time, the annual report submission function on the updated system has been adjusted to operate normally from the date of this notice.
