Open Development Cambodia (ODC) published a new dataset on “Vulnerability to climate hazards (2014-2022)”. This dataset details the percentage and number of vulnerable provinces and communes, categorized according to their vulnerability index values. The indices include specific metrics for flood, storm, drought, and a composite vulnerability index, making it a crucial component within the climate change framework. Originally sourced from the National Council for Sustainable Development’s website, the data was converted from an Excel file format to an SQLite database before being made accessible on the Open Development Cambodia organization’s website. This dataset provides valuable insights into regional vulnerability, aiding in the assessment and response to climate-related challenges.
