Joint statement on digitalization for inclusive development and human rights in Cambodia
On 28 September 2026, the Digital Rights Working Group issued a joint statement on digitalization for inclusive development and human rights in Cambodia.
The Digital Rights Working Group organized the 4th PhnomPenh Internet Forum under the topic “Digitalization for Inclusive Development and Human Rights in Cambodia”, bringing together 193 participants. The forum focused on 4 topics, including (1) Internet Connectivity and Digital Inclusion, (2) Empowering Youth and Communities in the Digital Age, (3) Personal Data Protection and Private Sector Efforts, and (4) Freedom of Expression and Cambodia’s Evolving Digital Landscape.
