ការសាងសង់បណ្ណាល័យមួយដែលផ្តល់មូលនិធិដោយថវិការបស់ចិន។ រូបភាព ដោយ Micheal Coaghlan, ថតនៅថ្ងៃទី ១០ ខែ មករា ឆ្នាំ ២០១៤។ ក្រោមអាជ្ញាបណ្ណ (CC-BY-SA 2.0)។ខណៈដែលពីមុនប្រទេសនេះធ្លាប់តែមិនចុះសម្រុងជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលសព្វថ្ងៃ ឥឡូវនេះប្រទេសចិន បានក្លាយជាដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ដ៏ធំមួយរបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ នៅប៉ុន្មានឆ្នាំថ្មីៗនេះ ប្រជាជាតិទាំងពីរនេះ កាន់តែជិតស្និទ្ធិគ្នាឡើងៗ ដែលជាកត្តាអំណោយផលដល់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ ក្នុងនាមជាដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ប្រទេសចិន មានទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយប្រទេសកម្ពុជា មិនដូចម្ចាស់ជំនួយទ្វេរភាគីដ៏ទៃទៀតនោះទេ។ មូលនិធិដែលបានផ្តល់ឱ្យដោយប្រទេសចិនមានច្រើនទម្រង់ ប៉ុន្តែទឹកប្រាក់ដ៏ច្រើនលើសលុបនៃមូលនិធិនេះ គឺជាការវិនិយោគរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន និងកម្ចីមិនមែនសម្បទាន។ការវិនិយោគក្រុមហ៊ុន មានន័យថាជាការបណ្តាក់ទុនវិនិយោគដោយផ្ទាល់ដោយក្រុមហ៊ុនចិន ដើម្បីសាងសង់ ឬធ្វើកិច្ចការលើគម្រោង ឬផ្តល់ជាមូលនិធិសម្រាប់ក្រុមហ៊ុនខ្មែរដែលមានស្រាប់។ ជំនួយបែបនេះ គឺត្រូវបានគេហៅថា “ការវិនិយោគផ្ទាល់ពីបរទេស (FDI)”។ ការវិនិយោគផ្ទាល់ពីបរទេស (FDI) មិនមែនជាមូលនិធិសប្បុរសធម៌នោះទេ។ ខណៈដែលវាពិតជាបានផ្តល់ផលប្រយោជន៍ដល់ប្រទេសជាអ្នកទទួលក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌខ្លះ ការជជែកពិភាក្សាជាច្រើនក៏ចោទសួរទៅលើអ្នកដែលទទួលផលប្រយោជន៍ច្រើនបំផុត (និងទទួលដែលទទួលរងផលប៉ះពាល់ច្រើនបំផុត)ពីការវិនិយោគនេះផងដែរ។ ការវិនិយោគផ្ទាល់ពីបរទេស(FDI) បានចូលរួមចំណែកដល់កំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ប៉ុន្តែកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនេះប្រហែលជាមិនទាន់ជាប្រយោជន៍ឧត្តុង្គឧត្តមសម្រាប់ប្រជាជនខ្មែរនៅឡើយទេ។ប្រទេសចិន ...
