ខណៈពេលដែលប្រទេសកម្ពុជាខ្វះខាតនូវ “អភិក្រមលក្ខណៈប្រព័ន្ធដើម្បីត្រួតពិនិត្យអ៊ីនធឺណែត” កម្មវិធីថ្មីៗនានា ដែលគ្រប់គ្រងលើទូរគមនាគមន៍ ការបញ្ចេញមតិអនឡាញ និងឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មតាមអ៊ីនធើណែត ត្រូវបានគំរាមកំហែងដល់សេរីភាពរបស់ពួកគេនាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន។ នេះបើយោងតាមរបាយការណ៍ថ្មីមួយ របស់អង្គការហ្វ្រីដឹម ហៅស៍។របាយការណ៍អំពីសេរីភាពលើអ៊ីនធើណែតឆ្នាំ២០១៥ ចេញផ្សាយកាលពីថ្ងៃសុក្រ ដោយអង្គការហ្វ្រីដឹម ហៅស៍ (Freedom House) ជាអង្គការឃ្លាំមើលមួយរបស់អាមេរិក។ នៅក្នុងរបាយការណ៍នេះ សេរីភាពលើអ៊ីនធើណែតនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជាមានភាគខ្លះនៅឡើយ ដែលស្ថានភាពដូចគ្នានេះ មានរយៈពេលពីរឆ្នាំមកហើយ។ ការវិនិច្ឆ័យនេះ ផ្អែកលើលក្ខណៈនៃ “ឧបសគ្គក្នុងការចូលប្រើប្រាស់”, “ដែនកំណត់លើមាតិកា” និង “ការរំលោភបំពានសិទ្ធិរបស់អ្នកប្រើ”។ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ស្ថិតក្នុងចំណាត់ថ្នាក់ទី៣៨ ក្នុងបណ្តាប្រទេសចំនួន៦៥ ដែលបានធ្វើការអង្កេត។ កម្ពុជា ទទួលបានពិន្ទុ៤៨ លើ១០០ ដែលក្នុងនោះ សូន្យជាពិន្ទុដែលអាចធ្វើបានល្អបំផុត។ ...
