Announcement on the Implementation of New Sample of Company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association (MAA)

On 10 April 2025, the Ministry of Commerce announced the implementation of a new sample of the company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association (MAA), which is included in Appendix 1 of the company’s MAA. This Appendix 1 contains company name, structure, business objectives, registered address, registered capital, par value of shares, shareholders and directors’ information.
