Announcement on toll exemption for vehicles transporting food and essential supplies via the Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Expressway for displaced people in Koh Kong province
On 14 December 2025, the Ministry of Public Works and Transport issued a statement that, in order to facilitate the transport of humanitarian aid to displaced people in Koh Kong province, the Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Expressway company has agreed to waive toll fees for vehicles transporting food and essential supplies. This exemption is effective from 14 December 2025. Government institutions, private sectors, organizations, or philanthropists wishing to transport aid are encouraged to contact the Ministry at 012 972 027 for coordination with the expressway company.
