Open Development Cambodia (ODC) published a new dataset on “Postal code”. This dataset contains official postal codes issued by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications for identifying postal areas across Cambodia, covering capitals, provinces, municipalities, districts, Khans, communes, and Sangkats, as listed in the official Prakas no.77 on the implementation of the postal code and its appendix.
