Press release: His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn receives credentials from Mr. Jürg Montani, Head of the ICRC Regional Delegation to Cambodia
On 18 December 2025, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation issued a press release on His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn receiving credentials from Mr. Jürg Montani, Head of the ICRC Regional Delegation to Cambodia.
Regarding current cooperation between Cambodia and the ICRC, His Excellency Prak Sokhonn thanked the ICRC for supporting (1) the improvement of the well-being of detainees, (2) rehabilitation of persons with disabilities, (3) cooperation with the Cambodian Red Cross, and (4) promotion of international humanitarian law (IHL).
