On 27 July 2020, Preah Sihanouk Provincial Department of Environment issued a press release to inform the national, international and public media that the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Administrative Unity Force in cooperation with the Preah Sihanouk Municipal Administrative Unity Force and the Rangers of Preah Sihanouk Provincial Department of Environment implemented the administrative measures for the anarchic and illegal shelter construction at O Trav area, Village 01, Sangkat 01, Sihanoukville, Preah Sihanouk Province, meeting about 20 people as the representative at the actual location and they volunteered to leave from that location peacefully and without any protests.
