Huione Pay PLC / Legal Liquidation Process

On 4 December 2025, Reachs & Partners Co., Ltd. issued a statement confirming the completion of the legal liquidation process for Huione Pay PLC. The company stated that it was appointed as the liquidator by the National Bank of Cambodia in December 2024 to manage the assets and liabilities following the revocation of the institution’s license. During the process, two public notices were issued (on 5 and 23 December 2024) for creditors to submit claims, and the liquidation has now been officially closed for all creditors and shareholders.
