Inspection and implementation of transitional penalties for violations of the Law on Accounting and Auditing and related regulations in force
On 03 September 2021, the Accounting and Auditing Regulator issued a notification on inspection and implementation of transitional penalties for violations of the Law on Accounting and Auditing and related regulations in force.
Pursuant to the Law on Accounting and Auditing, the enterprise has the obligation to maintain the accounting records, prepare the financial statements in accordance with the accounting standards in force, submit the financial statements for independent audit and other related obligations as required by law.
