Press release on the outcome of the meeting between the Prime Minister and the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs of the Republic of Korea
On 28 August 2023, the spokespersons for the Prime Minister’s Office issued a press release on the outcome of a meeting between His Excellency Dr. Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and His Excellency Chung Hwang-Keun, Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs of the Republic of Korea, which paid his first official visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia from 26 to 28 August 2023.
The visit highlighted the close cooperation between the two countries in agriculture and other fields. The Prime Minister also thanked the Korean side for always supporting and caring for Cambodian workers in Korea and requested the Korean side to encourage investment in Cambodia, especially in the agricultural sector for export.
