According to the press, on the morning of 10 October 2024, Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet delivered a keynote address at the Networking Breakfast Session with the Prime Ministers of Cambodia, Lao PDR, and Vietnam, held during the ASEAN Business & Investment Summit (ABIS) 2024.
