City Hall’s shuffling of officials continues
In what appears to be an ongoing reorganisation of City Hall, a long-time financial director will step into the shoes of an outgoing deputy administrative director today.
Bun Serey, Phnom Penh’s ex-finance director, will officially replace Tev Kim Piseth as deputy director of administration, said Koeut Chhe, an administrative director at City Hall.
“Furthermore, two more deputies will be added to be in charge of different jobs,” Chhe said. …
