ODC annual staff reflection 2017
From 25-29 November 2017, after the BarCamp event at Battambang province, Open Development Cambodia (ODC) team has continued to Siem Reap province to celebrate Annual Staff Reflection 2017. On the first and second days of the Annual Staff Reflection, ODC team spent two whole days to conduct the meeting discussion on what ODC has done and achieved in 2017, as well as the reflection on the challenges and solutions in each team work, followed by ODC’s work plan for the upcoming 2018. After the fruitful discussion, ODC team conducted a filed trip to Beng Mealea temple, Banteay Srey temple and Phnum Kulen National Park. On the last day of the Annual Staff Reflection and before heading back to Phnom Penh, ODC team spent half day to visit Kompong Phluk Floating Village to learn about the livelihood of communities who depend on Tonle Sap lake.
