Announcement on cyclone named Noul

On 24 July 2026, Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology issued an announcement on the state of cyclone named Noul.

The low-pressure area over the western Pacific Ocean has developed into Cyclone Noul T2612 and is affecting the southwest monsoon over the Bay of Bengal, Andaman Sea, South China Sea, Mekong River Basin, Cambodian Sea, and the Kingdom of Cambodia. The Kingdom of Cambodia is not in the path of Cyclone Noul.
