Veterans, civil servants, and dependents with addresses in Phnom Penh can get their pensions through the banking system Canadia in all branches in the capital, province, municipality, district, khan all over the country by bringing their Canadia Bank account book and Cambodian ID card or ATM card (via ATMs).
