Clarification on RFI’s reportage
The Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction would like to make clarification on a reportage with a title "In Mondulkiri, the registration of the community lands was slow since indigenous ethnic minorities did not have money to pay the authorities", which was broadcasted by Radio France International (RFI) on 20 April 2015, that its claims were not realistic, for the registration of the community lands for the indigenous ethnic minorities is free, and, up to now, Mondulkiri's Provincial Department of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction has not yet received the application from the community in Srer Thom village, Sok San commune, Koh Nhek district, Mondulkiri province.
