Outcomes of the Meeting between His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Professor Vitit Muntarbhorn, Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Cambodia
On 01 July 2021, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation-Cambodia issued a press release on the outcomes of the meeting between His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Professor Vitit Muntarbhorn, Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Cambodia.
Discussions focused on international and regional cooperation, COVID-19 and its consequences, as well as democratic and human right. The sides also exchanged their views on Cambodia's preparation for the ASEAN chairmanship in 2022, as well as other relevant initiatives.
