On 19 August 2025, Cambodia Human Right Action Coalition issued a press release on Cambodia civil society to petition Paris Peace Agreements’ signatories on violations of sovereignty and peace.

On 20 August 2025, Cambodian civil society groups will deliver a petition to embassies of the 1991 Paris Peace Agreements signatories, urging coordinated action to protect Cambodia’s sovereignty and peace.
