Press release on the outcomes of the second inter-parliamentary speakers’ conference (ISC-2)
On 28 August 2026, Second Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC-2) issued a press release on the outcome of the conference, hosted by the Kingdom of Cambodia and organized by the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia from 26 to 28 August 2026.
The ISC-2 adopted the Phnom Penh Declaration, reaffirming the shared commitment of parliamentary leaders and representatives to building a peaceful and just world order based on international law, sovereign equality, peace and security, multilateral cooperation and sustainable development, while continuing to promote the peaceful settlement of disputes.
