Press release on the piloting of the education licensing or permit application system
On 28 July 2026, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports issued a press release on the piloting of the education licensing or permit application system.
Please be advised that in order to improve work efficiency, promote digitalization, and streamline the procedures for providing public services to be easier, faster, more transparent, and more accountable to businesspeople and investors in Phnom Penh and other provinces, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports has collaborated with the Secretariat of the Inter-Ministerial Working Group on Electronic Services for Business to successfully develop the “Education Licensing or Permit Application System of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports” through a standard model system of electronic services for business, which will be implemented in phases from the date of this announcement.
