MSG is increasingly being packaged in the Kingdom for domestic palates
Imports of packaged monosodium glutamate (MSG) decreased noticeably in the first four months of this year, not because Cambodians are turning away from the popular flavor enhancer, but because a local packaging factory is increasingly meeting domestic demand.
